The final of the 18th edition of the Polish Culinary Cup with Komat

During this year's POLAGRA GASTRO Fair, the final of the Polish Culinary Cup took place for the 18th time. 10 teams participated in this most prestigious competition on the Polish market. The best of the best prepared their competition dishes at work stations equipped by Komat.

The winners of this edition were Bartosz Peter and Dawid Wojciechowski from the Salt Restaurant in the Hotel Copernicus in Toruń. For Bartosz Peter, it was the second consecutive victory. The successful defense of the best of the best title has been the only such situation in the history of the competition so far.

The chefs taking part in the CPP were judged by the excellent international Jury. The competition consisted of three stages. On the first day the competitors had to prepare a starter based on trout and beetroot and a dessert in which pumpkin, natural yoghurt and earl gray tea were the necessary ingredients. During the second day, the task of the chefs was to prepare the main course with the use of duck.

Also Bartosz Fabiś and Michał Kozłowski from NIFTY No.20 in Poznań, who took the second place, did well.

The last place on the podium was taken by Kamil Tłuczek and Piotr Kuzdro from Grand Hotel Boutique in Rzeszów.
