On July 2nd at the Castle in Gniew the catering industry gathered to observe and assess the 8 teams representing the known Polish dining establishments during the 13th Polish Championships in Fish Dishes - Cod Harvest 2016. Komat could not miss this wonderful event.
The task of the chefs was to prepare the main course of a cod fillet and a dessert of chocolate and chosen three fruits. The impressive jury, which included Kurt Scheller, Tomasz Jakubiak, Aleksandra Sowa-Trzebińska, Tomasz Deker, had no easy task. The best team was Tomasz Janczewski and Piotr Pawlowski (Andel's By Vienna House Łódź Restaurant Delight).
