Komat at Polagra Gastro fair

The annual meeting of the catering industry at Polagra Gastro fair has come to an end. Among the numerous exhibitors Komat had to be present, showing new and innovative solutions for catering.

Komat actively participated in the fair, and our furniture and equipment could be viewed not only at the stand itself. In the Invest Hotel Showroom masterBAR was presented in the excellent arrangement of the hotel interior. In addition, Komat once again sponsored one of the most prestigious competitions in Poland - Culinary Cup of Poland. At our tables the dishes were prepared by the most eminent Polish chefs, among others: Paweł Salamon, chef at Hotel Smolarnia, who took the 2nd place together with Maciej Pisarek. They almost repeated the result of the previous year when they took the first place.

At our booth, apart from the kitchen furniture, displays and serving lines of modern covers, visitors could also see speedBAR, masterBAR and premiumCold buffet. Polagra was also the venue for the launch of Komat's innovative product - FRESH buffet. The newest comprehensive line of refrigerated, heated and neutral FRESH buffets has been appreciated by a group of independent experts and awarded with the MTP Gold Medal. The award from the Minister of Agriculture Krzysztof Jurgiel was received by owner Mieczysław Kozłowski.
