Take a closer look at our Bain Marie heated display cabinet, which was awarded at the fair-trade HORECA GASTROFOOD in Krakow.
Komat's Bain Marie heated display cabinet is designed to maintain a certain temperature of pre-prepared dishes. It provides an attractive presentation of its products, while maintaining their aesthetics, functionality and taste. It is a perfect solution for storing food for a long time, as opposed to open Bain maries, because here it is easy to maintain the desired temperature, and stored products are heated evenly from all sides and do not dry out.
The heating component is an electric heater that heats the water which is located in the Bain Marie container. The determined temperature may be in the range of 30 ÷ 95°C and is controlled by a thermostat. Lighting and heating of the interior of the cabinet is provided from the top by a radiator with a power regulator. The presented cabinet is adapted to the standard GN containers with a maximum depth of 200mm. We offer a cabinet in four different lengths: from 2 x 1 / 1 GN to 5 x 1 / 1 GN .
The offered by Komat heated display cabinet can act as a stand-alone unit or be built in, which allows for free arrangement and decorative finish. The width of the cabinet allows you to set it next to the Komat refrigerated display cabinets. Our offer is directed to different customers, it can be used in shops and food outlets such as bars and restaurants.
Very good panoramic glazing with tempered glass provides an attractive presentation of the products stored inside.
An additional piece of equipment is an external adjustable shelf that can be easily moved along the product, thus adapting its position to the point where it is currently needed.
To help our customers to use the cabinet and keep it clean we introduced a number of design solutions, which are not used by other manufacturers. These include, among others, the possibility to tilt the front glass and the rounded bottom of the Bain Marie tub.
To meet the expectations of our customers we have introduced another solution so far unique on the Polish market. The Bain Marie heated display cabinet manufactured by Komat has an automatic filling and controlling the water level system. This system is based on three features: self-filling the Bain Marie tub with water, monitoring the water level at filling and during operation. Particularly noteworthy is the safety system disabling switching on the electric heating system when the tub is not filled with water to the proper level. The advantage of this solution is that the employee operating the machine does not have to remember to continuously monitor the water level and to refill the tub, as this is done automatically. It provides comfort and safe maintenance-free operation.
