The task of the hoods is to remove from the premises the excess heat, steam, smoke and odor. By using grease filters in Komat hoods, it is possible to precipitate from the discharged air fat particles that are deposited on the walls of the filter. The pressure drop in the filter is about 30 to 120 Pa.
Komat hoods for catering are made entirely in the welded and spot-welded form.
